What else do I need to buy?
Possible, nothing. The back of the Studio display has three USB-C ports and a Thunderbolt, so it can be easily attached to your existing accessories.
When you find Apple’s A13 bionic chip under the hood of a studio display, it’s primarily used for audio and video features. There is no RAM, storage or operating system built-in, even if it is designed to work with macOS. You can technically use the display with any PC or laptop.
What are the alternatives to glass?
The front of the studio display is covered in glass and Apple offers two variants: Standard And Nano-texture. Nano-textured glass is much less reflective than standard glass. If you are sensitive to glare, or you work in production where lighting is important, choose nano-textures কিন্তু but this option increases the cost of the display.
What is the stand option?
Apple Studio offers three types of stand for display:
- Tilt-controlled stand: Allows only the tilt of the display to be adjusted. It comes standard with a studio display.
- Tilt- and height-adjustable stand: Can adjust tilt and height. This stand costs extra.
- VESA mount adapter: Used to attach a VESA-compliant arm, wall mount, or stand. Comes at no extra cost.
