The original homepod has flop. But Apple has not been discouraged. It reclaimed the product and released the Homepod Mini, a less high-tech এবং and more affordable পুন repetition that seemed to be more successful in the market, and suggested Apple’s ambition for a larger home.
Now there are rumors that Apple is planning to make a new homepod. In fact, there are rumors that three new homepods could get in our way. Could it be that in the same year that the iPod finally faded, that homepod would transform itself from a failure into a core Apple product line?
It’s time. Not just for homepod return, but for homepod domination. Two homepods? I want more. I want four. The time has come for Apple to return to the smart home game and the homepod could show the way.
The return of the homepod
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo Report Apple is working on a new homepod later this year or early 2023 The logical idea here is that the Homepod Mini will again be given a non-mini counterpart, a larger speaker that sounds better – but probably more like a scaled-up homepod mini than a modification of the original, expensive homepod.
It makes sense. The Homepod Mini, as fun as it is, can’t fill large rooms with high-quality audio, and lags behind the original Homepods when it comes to Apple TV’s speakers. There is room for more powerful models in Apple’s speaker line. Will it satisfy fans of the original homepod? Probably not, but for a lot more money it needs to be a homepod mini. Suddenly, the homepod is again a product line.

Will we soon see a rebirth of the larger homepod?
Next stop: living room
Could that be true? As someone who has repeatedly advocated for Apple to smooth Apple TV and HomePod together, I am delighted to announce that Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman promotes this product to the end.
Perhaps next year, it will be a standalone device that will act as an Apple TV and soundbar. Connected to your TV, it will fill your home with streaming movies and audio, including local audio from TV shows and Apple Music. Step 1: Plug in the Homepod TV. Step 2: Plug it into your TV. Step 3: No Step 3!
Gurman further suggested that the homepod may also have a center-stage-style camera, which makes sense. Imagine being able to start FaceTime conversations with family members from the sofa in your living room, including a camera that is smart enough to zoom in wherever you are sitting in the room. (This is actually a more appropriate use of the center stage than the studio display!)
What’s more, there is nothing in this product that goes beyond Apple’s shipping technology in particular. All Apple needs to do is integrate it into a single convenient device – and it can be a great way to run TVOS in many more homes.
Kitchen homepod?
Another rumored homepod is more similar to the Amazon Echo Show and Meta Portal: a smart speaker with voice control that also has a display and a camera. Again, all of this technology that Apple currently offers – it just needs to be remixed into a new product that will find a home on the table or in the kitchen.
I keep an eco show in my kitchen, and it’s not a bad product, but it makes me wish for something better. Imagine a center stage-style camera with support for all streaming services through their Apple TV app. The real challenge will be to figure out the interface of this type of device. Is it just … an iPad stuck in some speakers? Can you drive an Apple TV with simple gestures?

Amazon’s Echo Show is a decent product, but Apple could do better.
Amazon
Here’s my idea: Like Amazon, keep it simple. Offer a remote control and an Apple TV mode for easy navigation – in other words, don’t copy iPadOS, as these are not the kind of devices you want to spend a lot of time touching. Also, the killer app for this type of device is not one with heavy interactivity এটি it is one that provides encrypted information. Allow me to populate that screen with iOS-style widgets and you’re moving towards something better.
As one of the two original homepods used to this day, I don’t hold a grudge against the product, despite the market failing. And with the iPod now officially buried, it seems like the right time for the homepod brand to come into its own. This is a good thing since Apple has spent more time focusing on its smart-home product line.
