Acquiring badges is a fun thing. You I know They’re a simple little bit of visual flair, they don’t even To do Some, and still some reason you just There is To collect them. Achievements are great inspirations, and Achievement badges for Apple Watch activity tracking have inspired many users to get more practice.
If you want to maximize your badge count, you’ll want to track activity success as much as possible. Most are available throughout the year, but there are also some time-limited special events to grab. Here’s a list of all the activities for the Apple Watch and how to unlock them
Updated 06/14/22: Apple has set a new Apple Watch Activity Challenge for June 21, International Yoga Day.
Achieving the standard
Most of the credit can be earned year-round. When you open it Activity App on your iPhone, then go Acquisition In the tab, you will see them listed before you earn anything (in which case they will be represented by a gray outline).
However, there are some achievements that are not shown until you earn them. For example, past and future monthly challenges will not show up, or all the different workouts will not show up.
Here is a list of all the standard badges you can get.
The first [exercise] Workout
The first time you do a new exercise for at least 5 minutes, you will receive an achievement badge. Each type of workout that does not fall into the “other” category is eligible for this badge: from walking to yoga to HIIT to hiking and more.
Both indoor and outdoor activities such as cycling and walking are bundled together; You can do any one activity to get the badge, and only get it once.
[exercise] Workout record
You will receive this badge every time you lose your previous best record for burning calories in any of the exercises listed above.
There is a caveat: you must first complete five such workouts. If you want to gamble the system, make sure that your first four workouts of each type are short and simple, so it doesn’t take much effort to lose them.

The first time you type each major exercise and you break a record you get a badge.
7-workout week
Complete any workout of at least 15 minutes each day of the week. Remember that the week is Monday-Sunday, and you need to do a workout on each of those days (you can’t do seven days in a row). Whenever you start a walkout workout while walking outside, you can easily achieve this.
New move record
Any day your move ring goes further than ever before (i.e. you burn more calories in one day), you will earn this reward. There is a catch: you must use your Apple Watch for 10 days before you can complete it.
New exercise record
It’s like achieving a move record, just for the green belt. It’s based on a few minutes of exercise, not calorie burning, so it’s really easy to get. Like the Move Record achievement, you must first use your Apple Watch for 10 days.
Move goals 200%, 300%, 400%
You achieve this when you exceed your calorie target (red move ring) by 2x, 3x, or 4x, respectively. In other words, it is given to the red activity ring to rotate two, three or four times a day. This is easy to achieve if you set your removal goals too low.

Double, triple and quadruple your move ring target. If you have problems, lower your goals.
New move goal
Every time you change your daily move goal, and then exceed that new goal, you get this achievement. You can change your removal target by opening the Activity app on your Apple Watch and forcing it on the screen.
Longest move streak
When you hit your move target (close the red ring) for a few days in a row, it’s a “streak”. You will receive this reward when your streak finally ends, if it is longer than your previous best streak.
Perfect week
It is given for four categories: moving, exercise, standing and all activity. For the first three, close the rings (red, green or blue) every day of the week. To get the Perfect Week (all activity) badge, stop Three rings Every day for the whole week. You can earn it more than once, even though it only shows one badge.
Remember, Mon-Sunday in the One Week Activity app!

Close those rings every day from Monday to Sunday to earn a handful of badges
Perfect month
Like Perfect Week, there aren’t many different Perfect Month badges for different colored rings. The only achievement of the perfect month is to close the red move ring every day of the month.
Although there is a separate Perfect Month badge for each month and each year. So you can earn it again in February and again in March and again in February of the following year.
Monthly challenge
Each month has its own unique fitness challenge. If you’ve set a notification for the Activity app on our Apple Watch, you’ll see the goals presented earlier this month, but you’ll also see the current month’s challenges in the Activity app’s Achievements tab on your iPhone. This will be a gray outline before it is completed, but you can tap on it to see what the challenge involves.
The monthly challenge can help you burn a certain number of calories, work out a few times, or travel a certain distance. Not to mention what each new month will bring, you just have to see!

Each month has a different challenge, so check out your Activity app.
100, 365, 500, 1,000 move goals
When you hit your daily move target (close the red ring) 100 times, you’ll get an achievement badge. You get another one to hit it 365 times, 500 times and 1,000 times. These do not need to be in a row; It’s just the number of times you’ve ever hit the target.

Often close the move ring to unlock a series of badges. If you want to make it easier, set the removal goal low.
Limited achievement
Apple offers multiple one-off challenges each year that are only available for a limited time. Often, they only stay one day or one weekend. Some are restricted to the United States because they are based on U.S. vacations.
You will receive a notification on your Apple Watch when one of them arrives (make sure that notifications for the Activity app are enabled using the Watch app on your iPhone).
