If you want to watch a show, and have plenty of time right away, you can activate your free seven-day trial and watch it!
You can subscribe to Apple TV + on Apple’s website, or through the Apple TV app on your device.
The 7-day trial will automatically renew on a monthly subscription, so if you don’t want to be out of pocket, you need to be prepared to cancel within a week.
If you think you can watch a whole series in a week then the 7 day trial may seem interesting. But make sure the series is complete, as Apple usually adds new episodes on a weekly basis.
The easiest way to cancel a subscription is to go Settings And click Apple ID Category on your iPhone. Tap Membership. Find on Apple TV + Active List and then Unsubscribe. How to claim a free trial of your Apple TV + from Apple
After making a qualified purchase, or deciding to try a free 7-day trial, all you need to do is:
- Make sure the device is running the latest software
- Open the TV app on your new Mac, iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Click on the show you want to watch — you need to see the option Enjoy three months free. Note: This will only appear if you have purchased a new device, otherwise you will only see the 7 day trial offer.
- Click Continue.
- Make sure you want to activate the free trial.
- You will see a message that the free trial will start immediately and will continue until the end of the trial where it will be renewed for a monthly subscription. You can do this if you want to cancel the subscription.
You have 90 days to purchase a new device to start a free year subscription, so you should be able to activate your trial as long as you recently purchased your new Apple product. Also, if you close before the end of the free trial, you will not be able to restart it.
