ZF opens largest technology center in Hyderabad

In the field of automotive and industrial technology, global technology company ZF has set up a technology center in Hyderabad.

Spread over 300,000 square feet, the facility is the largest software hub for the group. It will play a key role in the group’s growth and position globally as well as in India, the ZF said in a release.

ZF launched its first facility in Hyderabad in 2017 and overtime, doubling the head count to about 2,900. The technical center is in the process of expanding and plans to increase the number of engineers to 5,000 soon, the company said.

As a strategic partner of engineering teams around the world, facility staff will focus on core and application development projects, providing services in each region and supporting most OEMs. With a strong focus on developing technologies in digital twin and simulation, cyber security and functional security, ZF said, growth and talent will be emphasized in the core technologies of AI applications, data science and digitization.

Calyx has launched India Development Center to innovate the cloud platform

To continue the driving innovation, Calix has announced the opening of Calix India Development Center in Bangalore, India. The 21,000-square-foot facility will expand research and development, commercial activities and marketing to support Calix’s next phase of hypergrowth, the company said in a release.
